Ground flaxseed provides alpha-linolenic acid which the body
converts to the same heart-protective omega-3 fatty acids found in
salmon, sardines, and other oily fish, provides fiber also.
1 /2 cup grounded flaxseeds
2tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with coconut oil and
turmeric. Blend well until a thin paste form, now let it
sit for 3 minutes to saturate before using, now use your fore
finger to apply this on the skin that needs care. leave it on face for
10 minutes then rinse with warm water
now splash with cool water. Pat gry.
