Hemp A Solution for Sun-Burned-Skin

Description:

Hemp seeds have high levels of vitamin A, C and E

beta-carotene and one rich proteins, carbohydrates, mineras, and

fibers. Research has also found that hemp has an idea ratio of

omega-6 and 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp. tea Tree Oil

1/2 cup canned of fresh pumpkin

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. corn strach

Directions:

Get bowl, woolen spoon, hand blender

combine all ingredients in  bowl, mix well until

substance is in a thin mixture. Apply to skin once a-day

Rinse face with warm water, then cool water.

Take clean face towel and pat dry.

now apply a sunscreen or sun block or moisterizer.
