Sesame Seed Mask

 

Descriptions:

These tiny, flat, oval- shaped seeds and good sources of calcium, copper

magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamins B1 zinc, molybdenem, selenium,

and dietary fiber.

Ingredients:

1/2 cups sesame seeds

1tbsp, omega 3 oils

1tbsp coconut organic oil

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tbsp. organic honey

1/2 cup sour cream

 

Directions:

Use a hand blender, wooden bowl, spatiaula. Blend

all ingredients together first add sesame seeds and coconut

oil, omega 3 oils in blender, next, add sour cream and baking

soda. Mix well until medium thick. Wait 5 mins., now appy to your

face; start at the forehead, chin, cheeks. (Avoid getting into Eyes)

 

After applying to face areas, wait for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm

water, then splash with cool water.

Now apply a sun block moisterizer

(Repeat 2x weekly)
