Description:

Soybeans has very high quality of proteins. These proteins

are a very good food to eat and provides you will the

essential nutrients and minerals the human body needs.

 Ingredients:

1 /2 cup cooked soybeans, can or frozen

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 egg white

3 tbsp. sour cream

Directions:

Use fresh, frozen, canned or cokked soy beans

separate egg, uising  thwe white only,

now, add all of your ingredients in a bowl, using a woolen spoon

use a hand mixer and beat well until mixture is smooth and drops from

the skin. Now apply on the affected areas, then let stay on face for 5

to 10 minutes, wash off first with warm water, then splash with cool water

to close up pores.
